" My passion for fitness and training started when I was very young back in Germany. Walking, fell running and doing my specific training has always been a way of life. Somehow, I feel that I have a close appreciation of Mother Nature, I guess because She enhances my existence in this world. For me being and training outdoors is a fantastic antidote to combat stress and disease. This is why wherever I go I always take my wild philosophy with me. Because the truth is when I'm out in the wilds or up in the mountains I just can't get enough endorphins rushing through my veins. Yes, I can't help myself my brain gets so euphoric that I just have to get back for more.

Many times I have come across to many able and smart men and women capable to achieve anything they wished in life. However, their lack of confidence was holding them back. I guess that going beyond one's humdrum life must be something elusive for many humans. However, getting into the unknown might be just what you need to discover not only who you really are but also your hidden potential ".

" I believe that everyone has an innate physical and mental potential to be discovered. I also believe that if you're ever going to achieve your goals then you need to overcome your self-doubts, fears and sharpen your mental power. Lack of confidence, motivation and determination can only stop you from achieving your goals and dreams.

In my opinion, you don't have to have a role model or aspire to anyone else but yourself. Think holistically, you too can be just as good, or even better, than those you may aspire to be one day. You just need to be and believe in yourself because whatever is it that you're looking for, it is within you.

As with anything, when comes to training, mental focus and positive attitude are just as important as good technique and efficient exercise selection. This is why I like taking a methodological approach that combines cutting edge functional training with sports psychology ".
