There is no denial that when people decide to exercise is because they want to get leaner, healthier and stronger. My training style is suitable for everyone. That is, from the very beginner to the semi-professional and professional sports athlete. For regular gym goers and deconditioned individuals indoors/outdoors training sessions can comprise a combination of cardio, endurance and functional strength/core training as well as balance, coordination, and flexibility training. The duration, intensity and level of training are matched to your current health and fitness needs. For example, indoors/outdoors training sessions can involve working in all three planes of movement using your own body weight and light equipment (i.e., Swiss balls, med balls, BOSU, stability disk, fitness bands/cords, rucksacks, ropes, free weights, bars, steps and foam rollers) as well as using natural surroundings (i.e., trees, tyres, mini hurdles, bars, benches, stones and step-ups). Training sessions can also include anything from functional exercises (i.e., primal/survival pattern movements), Fartlek training (i.e., unstructured form of interval training that mixes things up) and peripheral heart action (i.e., circuit resistance format) to pre- and post-exhaust supersets training (i.e., performing back-to-back isolated and compound exercises and vice versa).

We can also cater for clients with more specific training and sporting needs. In addition to the above and/or to your specific training you can do plyometric (i.e., use of explosive and powerful movements) and cross training (i.e., combination of specific exercises). And you can also learn/practice drills that include multi-planar hops, med ball tosses, jumps, ladders and tire run, hill running as well as sprint-assisted/resisted training drills. Training with a 'strength vest' can be the ultimate experience for athletes looking to increase sports performance as well as taking their training to a different dimension. On a different context, training with a 'sweatz vest' can help generating more sweat hence aiding dynamic weight-loss.
