“I needed to prepare myself for a cycling event in the South Downs. Even though I am a gym regular I needed significant training to condition myself for a very long ride. I trained with Osa to help me prepare, and it was apparent to me from day one that she is a real expert, dedicated, and professional. After our health and fitness assessments and other tests, Osa prepared a tailored three months conditioning programme that I followed with her and in my own time at the gym and outdoors. She also gave me really good advice on nutrition and how to avoid common training injuries. After just several weeks of training I started getting stronger and I was able to do interval training, which I never had done before, and I was also able to work at my 85-95% of my MHR. My fitness progress gave me a lot confidence and I decided not to give up my cycling event.
